The short version
- Bracelet Diary is free to use. Pro is an optional monthly or yearly subscription.
- You can cancel Pro anytime in Google Play or the App Store. It stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- What you make in the app is yours, and it stays yours if Pro ends.
- Your diary lives on your phone. Make a backup now and then, because we can't restore it for you.
1About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Code Works OOD, Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria (“we”, “us”), the maker of Bracelet Diary. By using the app, you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2Using the app
You may use Bracelet Diary for your own, personal use. Please don’t copy, change or resell the app.
3Your patterns and photos
Everything you create in the app is yours. It is kept only on your device and we have no copy, so we can’t restore it for you. Export a backup now and then to keep it safe.
Please respect other designers. Knitting someone else’s pattern for yourself is fine, but don’t share or sell their design as your own without their permission.
4Pro subscription
- Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. You see the price in the app before you buy.
- Google Play or the App Store charges your account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- You can cancel or change your plan anytime in your Google Play or App Store account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- If the price changes, the store lets you know first.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple, under their own rules.
5If Pro ends
On your phone, nothing you made is deleted or hidden. You keep every pattern, bracelet, list and photo, and you can still see your threads. The free limits only apply to new things. Subscribing again opens everything up as before.
If you move to a new phone without Pro, importing your diary brings in what the free version keeps: 5 patterns, 2 lists and 2 bracelets on the go, plus all your finished bracelets and threads. The rest stays safe in the backup file, and importing the same file again with Pro brings it in.
What is free and what is in Pro may change as the app grows, but a change never takes away what you have already made.
6Updates
We keep improving Bracelet Diary, so its features may change over time. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the app, such as lost data. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.
7Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. For a significant change, we will also say so in the app’s release notes.
